Tornadoes?!

Today was an INSANE day at school. At about 2:00ish the tornado sirens went off. All of the teachers hectically made us go out in the hall and get against the wall in the "tornado position" for about TWO HOURS. My head hurt, and I got dizzy from my head pointing down for so long. I sat by Elizabeth and we were freaking out, because none of the teachers would tell us what was going on. This is all we heard: Mrs. Trahant "Look at this." Mrs. Mercer "Oh my God, Oh my God" Kid "Are we gonna die?" Mrs. Mercer "It's pretty bad out there." How comforting! She never did tell the kid if we were gonna die. Ha ha ha ha.The alarm had been off for about 20 minutes then they let us sit up, then it went off again, and down we go. This was not the best day. Coming home was so much better. I'm glad my trampoline didn't float away. The pictures above are of the damage. Read the captions for more info.

Daniel's Big Day

Today, Daniel turned 15. All he got was money. $250.00 to be exact. That was all he wanted, except for his AWESOME new TV he got. The party was fun, lots of family came, and I spotted Payton on her backhandspring. Very exauhsting day. Too much fun for me, I guess. :) I know you are all dying to see the cake, so here it is. Along with the birthday-boy of course. Thank you all for visiting my site and keeping up with me. I appreciate it.

The Ratty House

So, I have a rat, yes, a rat. I decided she needed some fun place to do secret ratty business, so I built her a club house out of shoe boxes and a few plastic cups. I cut out the bottom of the cups and attached the houses so she can get through. She loves it, so while I sit and watch TV/read/check the computer she just hangs in her secret hide-out. The cat sits from the hall and watches the whole time though. At least May Belle is safe in her house. Here are some pics of the house and her. ( for those who haven't seen her )

Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays!

This Sunday is my brother Daniel's birthday. The theme of the party is LA Lakers. His cake is pretty nice, I'll post a pic tomorrow when we pick it up. He's turning 15 and he is wanting a 32'' TV. I have yet to get him anything, and it's tomorrow. Everyone is coming over around 2:00PM so today, we all have to clean.  What FUN. In a few, I will be posting pictures and an article of my rat's new clubhouse. Please follow! (the accounts are free)
